Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

You can download theĀ Journal Template. The paper sent to our redaction will be considered for publication if meeting the following criteria:
1. It is scientific and focused on the reviews of related problems in contemporary Islamic education. Besides, it must be original and based on the research and contributive literature review for the development of Islamic education.
2. Articles should be original, research-based, unpublished and not under review for possible publication in other journals. It consists of title, authors name, institution, email address, abstract, keywords, content and references.
3. The title must be clear, precise and no more than 14 words.The author does not need to include the academic title.
4. Manuscript should be typed in MS document format with Cambria, size 12 pts, single space, B5 paper roughly 15 to 25 pages (author has to use the journal template). All submission must include 100-200 words abstract and 3-5 keywords.
5. The abstract of research paper should contain title, purpose, method, and research finding. Meanwhile the abstract of non-research paper includes title, purpose, and discussion. It must be typed in Microsoft Word with RTF (Rich Text Format) or Doc. (Word Document) and sent to the redaction by submission facility in this website or via email by using file attachment.
6. Bibliographical references must be provided in footnotes and in the bibliography section. Authors are expected to use a reference manager such as Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote, or others when managing citations.
