About the Journal

Gema Patriot is an academic journal owned by the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) of Bekasi City. The journal focuses on scholarly studies concerning interreligious harmony and the strengthening of religious coexistence in Bekasi and its surrounding regions.It is also open to comparative studies and global analyses relevant to the dynamics of religious life in multicultural and multi-faith societies. The journal aims to serve as an academic platform that promotes the development of knowledge and practical solutions for maintaining tolerance, fostering interfaith relationships, and addressing challenges in religious life at both local and regional levels. Gema Patriot encourages contributions from various disciplines—such as social sciences, humanities, religious studies, law, and public policy—that can offer comprehensive perspectives in efforts to build peace and social harmony. The journal is published by the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) of Bekasi City and was first issued in 2025. At present, it does not yet have an ISSN or e-ISSN.
